Free on-site parking is available for up to 15 vehicles, with easy access via the M4 and M40. For groups, we can recommend private transfers or coaches. Our serene spot on the River Thames ensures a smooth arrival to your retreat oasis.

Riversdale Lodge sleeps 20 in 9 luxurious bedrooms (mostly twins convertible to super king size by pushing 2 singles together, plus 2 super kings), with a 20-seat dining table in the open-plan kitchen for meetings or meals.

The meditation orb seats up to 10 (cosy) for private yoga or silent reflection. The house adapts flexibly: choose 9 bedrooms + yoga studio + living room, or 7 bedrooms + 2 breakout rooms, living room. The studio has 3 sofas/5 poufs or cleared for workshops; The river orb is great for cosy group sessions). Ideal for strategy sessions, team offsites, or workshops all year round — fostering focused connections in our boutique, distraction-free setting.

Absolutely — our venue is designed for it! Use the light-drenched yoga studio (with underfloor heating and 3 huge roof lights revealing twinkling fairy lights and the night sky above) for meetings, meditation, or workshops. The meditation orb is a great cosy, dry hideaway (fairy lights, candles, electric blankets) to sit in rain or sun, watching the world go by in silence — perfect for private yoga or reflection.

Host team-building indoors or outdoors with garden games like badminton. We can book wellness pros for yoga, sound baths, or pampering, plus night-time debriefs by the fire pit under the stars. We offer full flexibility: self-cater in our state-of-the-art open-plan kitchen (seating 20), perfect for Bake Off-style team challenges or casual lunches, or let us connect you with local Michelin-recommended caterers, private chefs (3-course menus from £99pp), or local restaurants.

Enjoy indoor dining by our cosy log fires, or outdoor lunch by the splash pond in the sun or an evening bbq down by the river with the our outdoor kitchen (with lit bespoke shell splashback, oven, hob, fridge, and 2 kettles) and watch the sun set while sat around the fire pit.

To secure your dates, we require a 30% deposit upon booking, with the balance due 2 weeks prior. We're flexible — book for a single day, overnight, or multi-day retreat (we've got you covered). Cancellations up to 30 days out receive a full refund minus admin fees; closer notice allows rescheduling where possible.

We cherish our peaceful leafy lane setting, so we prioritise calm, productive vibes — no noisy parties or large sound systems to respect neighbours. One friendly on-site cat adds charm but can be kept separate if needed. The venue is wheelchair-accessible on the ground floor, with EV charging on request.
